Miki was the first woman to serve as a member of the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) National Board of Directors. Miki was also among the first women in the nation to become an ASHI certified home inspector. She has been a guest speaker at local, regional, and national ASHI seminars. She is the co-founder of Midwest Inspectors Institute-1993. She is an instructor for Midwest Inspectors Institute 1993-present. In business since 1992, Miki brings her experience, knowledge, and communication skills to home inspectors thru out the country.
